I canceled visible. After losing my SIM card and having them send me a replacement my new SIM card never worked and I have tried using their horrible customer service too many times. Their customer service is responsive but useless. The agents would ask me the same questions every time and want to run me through the same useless troubleshooting steps and ask me the same useless questions in chat. They would even say they are catching up on my previous conversation and then continue to send me useless stuff. Hours and hours over weeks were wasted this way. Finally they said they would have a specialist email me. I got the email and the first time it just said, sorry your device is not compatible.” Thanks for the specialist help. This is the exact same device I had activated and used my previous SIM card on and it worked fine and it is clearly on the list of accepted devices. So I reached out again to frustratingly receive another email that asked me to do the same troubleshooting steps I had been asked to do multiple times over several weeks now. Ok done. Clearly visible isn’t ready to help people who can’t connect to their services but are paying for them.

This company is obviously a scam. They deserve 0 stars! They tried several times to use my debit card this morning & fortunately for me the fraud department at my bank immediately notified me. How does a company operate without a customer service department? Why are there no direct contact numbers to reach you in a situation like this? Some scumb bag uses my card without my authorization at a shady company & no one is responsible. You suck VISIBLE

no promotional deal

phone is fine and service is fine, however they promised a rebate visa card and an amazon firestick and haven't sent either. I have contacted them 4+ times and they always apologize and say it will take 24-48hrs but then there is no resolution. So don't expect the promised promotional deals if you sign up. Also if you have any trouble setting things up or with the phone itself the customer service is useless, so be careful.

Dishonest Company

Dishonest company. I did the phone swap and sent my phone back in 5 days. Thank God I kept proof of tracking and delivery. On the date of my service renewal (which I am not continuing) I was charged for the phone. Had to contact customer service and hopefully it will not continue to reflect on my account. The service is as bad as tracfone. I do not recommend it. My service would always go in and out and its very slow.

They are not a good company they send…

They are not a good company they send you a defective phone then when you go past the 14 day return period they say they're is nothing they can do. Then you spend countless hours on the phone trouble shooting only for them to ask you the same questions over and over again to get you frustrated to end the chat. They will never send you a replacement phone unless you buy one they want to up sell you to make more money. The only faithful thing about visible is when you get the bill. It's always on time, and working like a well oiled machine. Not the service though it's broken.

Useless

Bad service.. Very bad.My wife whent with Visible a week…

My wife whent with Visible a week ago,as of now still has not got her phone on and No One will help her... she has been on chat for over 30min 3 or4times then when someone does talk to her they will just go away then she will have to start over. Very bad ..she has been begging for someone to help her turn on her phone..

I like Visible-Verizon

I like Visible-Verizon. Incredibly fast at my two semi-rural ranches. Only $25/month after you join a group and they make it easy to join. Wanted to change my number to another area code and chat and the change took less than 30 minutes. Very satisfied.

Visible is in breach of contract

Visible offered to receive my iPhone 11 pro in exchange for an upgraded model. On that ill-fated day, I decided to take up their offer. They said once I buy the new phone and return the old one to them, they will pay off the remaining balance as on the date of the offer email.
I ordered the new phone and sent the the old phone to Assurant, their partner. (Visible asked me to send the old phone to Assurant) At first there were some mailing delays but eventually they got it and declined to pay off the loan stating it was a different serial number. I explained it is the same make, model and storage capacity but a different serial number only because Apple sent me a replacement phone under apple care warranty, when the original phone had a hardware issue. After sending them all documentation to prove that the phone I sent to them came from Apple agreed to advise Visible to honor the original amount. It has been several weeks since and so far Visible has not taken any action. They have not paid as agreed. When I try to reach out, the guys at the "customer service" (who is basically chatters on visible app, facebook or twitter) keep apologizing for the delay but no refund. Initially they would ask me to ask Assurant. When I ask Assurant, they say "We are ok. for details of the actual refund you have to contact Visible." At one point Visible rep asked to call a certain number for assurant. When I called, I was asked to contact visible because I am a visible customer" This drama has been going on for more than 3 weeks. Just last week, Assurant called me and said "today you should be receiving a call or email from Visible." That never happened so far. I reached out to visible again, and this time, they created a "Reference Number" for my case and the next day sent an email "Thank you for calling, we will get back to you within 24-48 hours." After 60 hours, I got an email from Visible "How did we do?" Seriously? Is this a joke?
Now they have my phone (brand new phone from Apple) not the used one. They are not paying up, they are not responding in any meaningful way.
What are my options, can I sue them?

When you come across this sub-company…

When you come across this sub-company of Verizon as you shop for wireless service, move on. QUICKLY! I've done business with numerous providers over the years, but never with one as poor as this one.

This is hopeless

This is hopeless, after 2 months my phone can't find coverage, they can’t figure it so send me a new sim and the new sim don't work!!

My Wife and I set up an account each…

My Wife and I set up an account each for Visible wireless. We at first didnt catch the one account one phone per order policy and tried to order two phones. We then corrected our phone order and could only get one phone order to go through. When that phone came in I attempted to set up service only to find my account has been locked. I have had four chats with representatives and each time was told a supervisor would contact me. Noone has reached out to me. On February 5, 2021 I asked to return the phone for a refund since I wont be getting the $ 150 prepaid card as advertised. I was told this could not be done because of the hold on my account. I never got my phone activated nor had service with Visible.

You'll be sorry

Imagine a company that you can't call or email. If you have the time to load their software. You will be met with incompetent customer services that are quick to take your money and leave you hanging if any problems arise. Don't let it happen to you.
